Optimal Vegan Protein is a premium BIO mixture of two vegetable proteins - rice from whole grain rice and pea. Rice protein is very easily digestible and absorbable, and has an almost perfect amino acid spectrum. However, one amino acid remains low in it - it is lysine, which, on the other hand, is abundant in pea protein.
