The uncompromising composition of the Super Complex Vitamin B supplement provides a total of 10 substances from the group of B vitamins in bioactive forms and of plant origin. The properties of all B vitamins are related to energy metabolism, immunity, mental condition and cognitive abilities. In addition, each has its own specific effects.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) - in the form of thiamine HCl - thymine hydrochloride, this vitamin has similar properties to acetylcholine, it has properties significantly related to cognitive abilities.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - in the form of riboflavin-5-phosphate - an active form of riboflavin usable by the body, the properties of this vitamin are related to oxidative stress, dopamine and mucous membranes.
Vitamin B3 (niacin) – in the form of inositol hexanicotinate, which is a source of nicotinic acid (niacin), the properties of this vitamin are related to homocysteine and fertility.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) – in the form of d-pantothenic acid, the properties of this substance are related to the nervous system and hormone levels.
